Fan Rally for Steve Coppell - 13/5/08

Just two days after relegation from the Premier League, Reading fans' converged on Steve Coppell's parking space at the Madejski Stadium to show their appreciation towards the most successful manager in the club's history and let him know he has the fans' backing should he wish to continue. Both national and local media were in attendance to cover the evening. While not organised by STAR we did of course give the event and its message our full support. View photos

Joel Hufford Presentation - 27/11/07

During half time at the home match against Newcastle United on 27th November 2007, STAR were delighted to make a presentation to BBC Radio Berkshire presenter Joel Hufford thanking him for his support and information for Reading supporters' over the past 8 years. Joel is leaving full-time employment with BBC Berkshire due to re-locating with Mrs. Hufford, but the good news is he'll still be making semi-regular appearances on the station for Reading home and southern based away games! 	AGM / Fans' Forum - 16/8/07
	On Thursday 16th August the STAR AGM was held followed by a Fans' Forum with guests Kevin Dillion & Wally Downes. This took place at the Madejski Stadium Princess Suite with the AGM being chaired by outgoing Chairman Chris Witcher and the Fans' Forum by incoming Chairwoman Paula Martin. View photos

	STAR / Royal Families Quiz Night - 18/4/07
	On 18th April 2007 STAR teamed up with The Royal Families for a quiz night. This took place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and in attendance were Reading players Marcus Hahnemann, Graeme Murty, Shane Long, Greg Halford and Aaron Brown along with some of the players wives, girlfriends and family members. Just short of £2,000 was raised. View photos

Portsmouth Charity Walk - 15/12/06

A signed Christmas card including signatures from Portsmouth players such as Sol Campbell and Linvoy Primus was presented to STAR by a group of 10 Pompey supporters. The group had set off from Fratton Park on the evening of 14th December on a charity walk to the Madejski Stadium and arrived the following morning to present the card to STAR's Jon Keen and Antony James. A card signed by the Reading first team squad and STAR board was returned along with a donation to the "Fratton Live At Home" charity that the walk was in aid of. View photos
